The Art of Collaboration, Erasmus+ Small Scale Partnership in adult Education

Evolving Cycles partnered with Agency for Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Austria to design and implement “The Art of Collaboration” for women entrepreneurs between September 2023 and May 2024.

“The Art of Collaboration” aims to provide a space for women entrepreneurs to explore how to establish regenerative collaborations by creating authentic connections and finding and retaining the right people through time.

To achieve this, we offered 2 barcamps (one in Greece and one in Austria). A barcamp is a participant-led experience, where participants co-create the agenda and the content, thus encouraging conversations, knowledge exchange and local networking. In this way we exchanged knowledge on best tools and practices for collaboration. We then took this content to form a 12-week online course (January to April 2024), accessible to women entrepreneurs around the world.
